Local Review – Finest Sausage & Meat
Recently, my new friends over at Finest Sausage asked if I would like to sample one of their new creations. Sure, said I. I mean – it’s meat, right? How bad could it be?
My new buddy Shannon then handed me this:

Why hadn’t he mentioned this earlier? I would have driven right to the shop, with all four kids if necessary, and picked them up that day. As it was, I had waited all the way until Saturday and picked them up at Kitchener Market. Yes, even I do crazy things.
Look at these little beauties. Our BBQ is still moth balled right now, but I can only imagine what these will taste like grilled.
The bacon stays on the wieners. There was not a lot of grease left in the pan at all.
Both varieties are tasty, but the cheese filled wieners are especially indulgent. As you can see from the above photo, we are a little unprepared for grilling season yet and had to make do with fresh bread instead of hot dog buns. I assure you, this did not take away from the enjoyment of these little delicacies at all.
